With a certification in Plant-based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Institute of Cornell University, my cooking and coaching approach encourages eating fewer refined and processed foods and introducing/increasing whole, plant foods into the diet. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and offer L.E.A.N. Start and Prime-Time Health from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as well as my own brand of Wellness Coaching based on meeting YOUR individual needs. I hold certificates in Weight Management Leadership from the Cooper Institute and Food for Life from the Physicians Committee. In 2017 I added a became certified as a GetFit21 Coach.
